Vision Statement
SAFETY
At FOSSA Enterprises, safety is our highest priority. We believe that every employee deserves a workplace where risks are understood, controlled, and minimized through proper training and clear communication. Ensuring that workers receive instruction on job‑specific hazards—in a language and format they fully understand—is essential to maintaining a safe and productive environment.
Our training program covers critical topics such as material handling, fall protection, and lockout/tag‑out, all of which are vital to employee development and long‑term safety awareness. At FOSSA, all training and personal protective equipment (PPE) are provided at no cost to our employees.
Every new team member participates in a comprehensive orientation program designed to be effective, measurable, and aligned with applicable safety standards. When employees need additional support or demonstrate gaps in understanding, mandatory retraining ensures they gain the skills necessary to work safely and confidently.
We recognize that for our employees to perform at their best, they must first understand the task at hand, the risks involved, and the methods to eliminate or control those risks. Our commitment is simple: equip every worker with the knowledge and tools they need to return home safely to their loved ones at the end of each workday.
